A Small Team, Built for Big Industrial Work
We Show Up on Site - Not Just on Paper
Dheera Constructions is an industrial civil contractor based in Gujarat, led by Shubhankan Parikh, Director & CEO. We run it the way a industrial contractor should – hands-on, accountable, close to the work. Our focus is industrial plants — though we also take on residential and retail projects. Every machine we own and every process we follow is built for precision: construction inside live, running plants, where a single mistake near active piping isn’t an option.
We work out of Ankleshwar and Bharuch, right inside Gujarat’s industrial belt — and that’s on purpose. GIDC plants need a contractor who can show up fast, not one working from far away. We’ve grown year after year this way – not from one big contract, but from the same pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturers coming back to us for their next plant.
We build the way we'd want someone building for us.
Our Vision
To be the first name Gujarat’s industrial plants think of – for construction that’s done right, delivered on time, and never gets in the way of your production.
Our Mission
Integrity-First – Honest answers, not sales pitches – even when the truth is inconvenient.
Value Execution – Quality materials, on-time delivery, zero shortcuts. Every time.
Industry Legacy – Training the next generation of site engineers, the same way we were trained.
Shubhankan Parikh
We don’t take on jobs bigger than what our crew can genuinely stand behind. On every site we run, I want to be able to explain exactly what happened there – no surprises, no excuses.” – Shubhankan Parikh, Director & CEO
